EP 21 // 5 Ways To Get Your Kid The Recommended 1+ Hours Of Exercise Per Day

Hi parents,

 

Today we are talking about exercise and specifically how you can help your child get more of it. We know that if kids exercise at least 1 hour a day they are healthier, but we also know that the current world of screens and school kids often spend most of their time sedentary. 

 

So, I wanted to give you five super tangible ideas that you could incorporate into your routine. The point is to have fun so make sure to pick and choose the ones that work best for your family.
